Fees & insurance
Online individual therapy for adults and teens 16+, with parent sessions for teens as needed.
Listed fees are private-pay rates. The individual therapy rate is $175 for each listed session length. Insurance costs depend on your plan.

I accept the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
- Priority Health
Private pay and sliding-scale rates are also available. Please reach out to discuss your needs.
If I’m out of network with your provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your plan.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you’re able to reschedule within the same week, there’s no cancellation fee. A $100 fee applies to no-shows, late cancellations, or appointments that cannot be rescheduled within the same week.
