A new chapter begins December 2026 · Online therapy across Michigan
Find your way
back to yourself.
I’m Katie Osgood, LPC. I help teens (13+) and adults who feel overwhelmed, struggle with self-doubt, or find themselves putting everyone else’s needs before their own.
Through online therapy across Michigan, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, help you better understand yourself, and make space for what you need to feel more like you.
What if you’re so used to being there for everyone else that you’ve lost touch with what you need?
Maybe you’re the person everyone turns to. You check in. You listen. You help. You make sure everyone else is okay.
But who checks in on you?
You might find yourself wondering:
Why do I always put myself last?
Why do I feel guilty when I prioritize my own needs?
Why do I know what everyone else wants, but have no idea what I want?
What would I choose if I wasn’t worried about disappointing someone?
Maybe you're ready to start making more room for yourself.
Or maybe you're a teenager just trying to figure out who you are.
Growing up means becoming your own person, but that isn't always easy when you’re surrounded by expectations about who you should be, what you should do, or what your future should look like.
You might be wondering:
Do I actually want this, or is this what my parents want for me?
How do I tell my parents what I really think?
Who am I outside of what everyone expects me to be?
What if I don't know what I want yet?
Therapy can give you a space to explore those questions, develop your own voice, and begin figuring out what feels right for you.
Space to
slow down.
Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Whether you're figuring out who you are, navigating relationships, managing expectations, or feeling like you've lost touch with what you need, therapy can give you space to pause and make sense of it.
Support for anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, and finding your voice.
Therapy can be a place to figure out what you need.
Together, we can explore the patterns that have made it difficult to put yourself first, set boundaries, speak up, make decisions, or feel confident in what you want.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll listen with curiosity, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when it might help. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are.
You don't have to keep putting yourself last.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and start building a relationship with yourself that feels more trusting, confident, and authentic.
